· Specialized in high-risk clients such as: Dementia or Memory Impaired, Congestive Heart Failure, Coronary Artery Bypass Graft, Orthopedic Surgery, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, and other respiratory illnesses, Acute Myocardial Infarction, and High Risk for Falls

· Performing personal care (bathing, grooming, etc), meal preparations and feeding, escort to appointments, assisting with daily activities, assisting with mobility and transfer

· Providing reminders on prescribed medications and over the counter medications

· Grocery shopping/medication pick up, homemaking and light housekeeping, pet feeding and plant care.
